There’s so much to love about living in Pennsylvania and Maryland. The Leader family had this in mind when they founded and built our senior living communities. And to make our residents feel at home, each community was developed within close proximity to the very lives they lived prior to moving to Country Meadows. All of our senior living communities are a short drive — or walk, in some cases — to neighborhood restaurants, favorite shopping destinations, cultural venues, places of worship and more.

A special visit from some local heroes made for an unforgettable afternoon! 👮🐕💙
Our Bethlehem campus was proud to welcome a local police officer and K-9 unit for a Pathways Open House. Residents and guests were treated to an exciting demonstration showcasing the incredible training, teamwork and skills these K-9 teams use every day to help keep our community safe.
After the demonstration, everyone gathered to enjoy hot dogs, homemade picnic salads and great conversation. It was the perfect opportunity to connect with our local heroes and thank them for their dedication and service.

Our Frederick campus was thrilled to welcome Ariel, an Oakdale High School student, as she completed her senior project. After months of planning together, Ariel created a special day where residents could design beaded bracelets or express themselves through a free-form watercolor class.

Most Likely to Take on a New Hobby 🎉🥎
When Pat joined the Personal Care Bocce Fitness Club in the fall of 2025, he was trying something new—and it quickly became one of his favorite activities.
Since then, bocce has given Pat the chance to enjoy the outdoors, stay active and build lasting friendships. He's even inspired a few other gentlemen from Personal Care to join the fun! One of the highlights? Having his son come out to cheer him on from the sidelines, making each match even more meaningful.

Adventure was calling, and our Independent Living residents answered! 🐠🦈🚌
A day trip to Baltimore turned into an unforgettable adventure as everyone explored the National Aquarium, wandered through the scenic Inner Harbor, and discovered incredible marine life along the way. From mesmerizing jellyfish and playful dolphins to towering sharks and a curious octopus, there was something around every corner to spark excitement.
One of the biggest surprises came after the aquarium visit when resident Ray spotted a submarine docked nearby—a moment that made an already memorable day even more special.

The lucky winner shared that she had never won anything before, making the moment one she'll never forget! Even though the summer heat moved the festivities indoors, the games, laughter and fun continued.

Designed to support individuals living with Parkinson's disease and other neurological conditions, this signature Country Meadows fitness program combines movement with cognitive exercises to promote strength, coordination and overall well-being.

The holiday spirit made an early appearance at our Forks Twp. of Easton campus as residents celebrated Christmas in July! The festivities included cheerful music, decorating a Christmas tree, sipping frozen hot chocolate and spending time with great friends.
It may have been summertime outside, but inside it felt a whole lot like the holidays—with laughter, festive fun and memories made together.

The Connections Memory Care Neighborhood at our Forks Twp. of Easton campus celebrated National Hot Dog Day with a delicious dine-in featuring fresh hot dogs, fruit salad and sweet scoops of ice cream. More than just a meal, it was an afternoon filled with laughter, conversation and the simple joy of sharing great food with friends.
