For over 40 years, families in Pennsylvania and Maryland have trusted our retirement communities because we care for residents the way we would care for our own families. And, because we are family. Former Pennsylvania Governor George Leader and his wife, Mary Jane, founded Country Meadows with the mission to serve others with meaning and purpose while leading with heart and innovation. It isn’t just about providing care, but about giving residents a sense of purpose and community. Today, the second and third generations of the Leader family proudly continue their legacy.

The all-rental monthly rates for our retirement communities with no buy-in are based on your needs and preference and vary by campus, apartment style and level of care.
